On the Rise Bar-B-Que understands that every event is special and unique.  We work with our customers to customize their very own menu from our classic menu options or completely specialized.  Whether you are wanting a full service catering, meal drop off or our on-site BBQ Trailer setup, we strive to create an experience that your guests will be talking about for years to come.  Best bbq fare for your wedding, graduation party, corporate event or private party.  We are proud to serve customers in Fredericktown, Mount Vernon, Mansfield, Ashland and Wooster areas.

DROP-OFF CATERING

We prepare your selections and deliver them to your home, event center or office.  This works best for those events where people provide a buffet style service.  

FULL SERVICE CATERING

We prepare your selections and deliver, setup, and serve your guests.  We are required by food licensing regulations to have our mobile trailer on-site for food preparation and service hub.  Food can be served inside your event space through a buffet style.  There is a 20% surcharge for this service.

FOOD TRUCK EXPERIENCE

We bring the experience to you!  We prepare and serve your guests straight from our mobile food trailer.  You choose the specific menu for your event and we dish it up as your guests come to our service windows and they are free to enjoy it!  

Deposits and signed contract are required for all catering events.  Your event date is not reserved until your signed contract and deposit has been received.
